Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions which rule over Customer requests (except where indicated differently and/or agreed in the process of making a reservation effective) are listed below. The Management still reserves the right to modify the terms of new requests without prior notice.

Booking methods

  • The request for availability is not binding and does not assume the character of any form of contract for either party.
  • The minimum stay is / giorni.
  • In cases when there is availability, a summary will be sent to the Customer containing the terms for the stay requested (dates of stay and amounts payable) to be confirmed within 48 hours. Failure to confirm within the terms requested will annul the request.
  • The reservation contract will be finalised through the payment of a deposit or through the sending of credit card details supplied as a guarantee.

Confirmation of the reservation through a deposit

The reservation will be confirmed only at the moment the deposit is received, which must be carried out within and no later than 7 days from the reservation date.

Terms of payment of the deposit and related fines:

  • Methods of payment accepted: Bank transfer, Postal order, Banker's draft (non-transferable)
  • Amount requested: 20% on the total for the stay
  • Due date for payment of the deposit: 7 day/s
  • N° of days advance notice required for cancellation (in relation to the arrival date): 7 day/s
  • Fine in case of late cancellation or failure to arrive: 100% of the deposit paid

In case of confirmation by credit card, the Customer authorises the debit of the deposit amount contemporaneously with the sending of this data.

Confirmation of the reservation with a credit card as guarantee

No amount will therefore be charged in advance and the stay will be settled on the premises, except in the case where it might prove necessary to apply fines for late cancellation or failure to arrive.

Terms of communication of credit card details and related fines:

  • Deadline for communication of credit card details: 7 day/s
  • N° of days advance notice required for cancellation (in relation to the arrival date): 7 day/s
  • Fine in case of late cancellation or failure to arrive: 20% on the total for the stay

Other information relating to the reservation

  • The Management reserves the power to request the full balance of the stay when the Customer arrives or through weekly deposits.
  • In case of early departure the Management reserves the right to count the actual days of the stay at the full price and the excess days at the price for lodging only.
  • For whatever is not explicitly communicated, the reservation is regulated by "Decree C.C.I.A.A. n.364 of 11/07/1976" of Lucca Province under the "Hotel sector practices" regulation.
